No Refunds/Returns/Exchanges Policy
Thank you for your interest in shopping with Mahal Nails. Due to the hygienic and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to the following and read carefully before purchasing.
All press-on nail sets are handmade/made-to-order, so we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Minor color differences due to screen settings/lighting.
- Slight differences in product listed/product received. Please understand each set is hand-painted so each product is unique and may not perfectly replicate the product pictured.
- Incorrect nail sizes/shape/lengths selected by the customer. Please carefully review your order before final purchase.
- Damage/tarnishing as a result of customers day-to-day
- Customers deciding they no longer want the order after the order has already been processed.
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier/unforeseen circumstances once the order is in transit
Quality Assurance
Each order is created with care and great attention to detail; always being inspected before shipping. Each order is packaged with the products' protection in mind. If your order arrives damaged and the nails can no longer be used, or any charms have fallen off, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos and the name you used for the order as well as the order number. You are also responsible for contacting the shipping carrier regarding damages so please do not discard the original packaging or anything within the package. If you received the wrong order please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and the name you used for the order as well as the order number. After these time frames have passed you may not be eligible for a refund or re-make of your order.
If your package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible. If your package was marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and it is not at your address you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly for compensation (this is not a guarantee of compensation).
Size & Customization Responsibility
Each customer is responsible for sizing their nails correctly as well as choosing any customizations related to the shape and length. We are not responsible for any incorrect customizations/details submitted by the customer.
