What is the refund/return policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds/returns/exchanges due to the hygienic and customized nature of our products. Please refer to the "Refund/Return Policy" page for additional information. 

How do I contact you?

We are happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you have! We have a contact form you are able to fill out located at the top section of our website. You may also E-mail us at mahal.nails25@gmail.com . If you are contacting us regarding an order you have submitted, please include the name you used for the order, the order number, and the product(s) you purchased. This information helps to lessen any confusion or mistakes while assisting you. 

How do I know my nail size?

We suggest using a soft, flexible measuring tape (tailor's measuring tape) to measure the widest part of your nail bed using millimeters. If you do not have a flexible measuring tape, you can use a clear piece of tape and use a marker to mark each end of the widest part of your nail bed. Measure the distance between each mark in millimeters using your ruler/measuring tape. If you have a half size it is best to round up and you can file down the sides of the press-ons to a comfortable fit. Please refer the chart below, these are the sizes we go by:

If your measurements do not match up with any of these sizes, we have a custom option and you can fill out your custom size in the "Special Order Instructions" box at checkout. 

What is included in my order?

Each order includes the set(s) of customized nails(10 nails per set), a prep kit (nail file, buffer, cuticle pusher, and alcohol pad), a small nail glue (0.07oz.), a nail prep/application card and a small thank you gift. Nail prep kit, glue, and instruction card are all free - you only pay for the press-on nail set. The prep kit is reusable - please make sure you prep with clean, washed hands. The nail glue can be used on more than one set. 

How long is processing/shipping?

It can take 1 to 7 days for an order to be processed depending on the demand for products. You will be notified once your order is completed and ready to be shipped out. Shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 8 days depending on the service level you choose at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays once the order is in transit. We are not responsible for lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly for lost packages. 

How much is shipping?

We only ship within the United States. Shipping costs will vary. Orders $100+ will receive free shipping and your package will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days of the carrier. Economy delivery is between 5 to 8 business days and will cost $4.75. Standard delivery is between 3 to 4 business days and will cost $6.50. For additional information please read our Shipping Policy located at the bottom of the website. 

How long will my nails stay on? 

Prep is key! These nails can stay on from anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks with correct prepping. You can also add a dehydrator to your nail prep process to ensure all oils and moisture are removed before applying the glue. If you purchased the nails for a special occasion, consider using nails tabs as they last 1-3 days.

Longevity of nails will vary from person to person due to daily activities. If you want the nails to stay on longer please avoid any rough activities that directly impact the hand and nails. We take great care in ensuring every set is made with quality in mind, and will do our best to make sure the sets aren't easily tarnished. All sets are made with gel polish which does not chip or tarnish easily, but please be mindful your daily activities and any elements you expose the nails to may result in damages that we are not responsible for. 

How do I remove the nails?

Nails applied with nail glue can be removed a few ways:

• Warm Water - fill a bowl with warm water and soap. Let nails soak for 10-15 minutes. Apply light pressure to edges of the nail with a cuticle pusher or tool of your choice to lift the nail. Do not force nails to lift as it can cause damage to your nail bed, leave them in water for a bit longer if they don't budge.  
• Acetone - soak cotton balls or pads in acetone and secure onto your nails using tin foil. Let your nails soak for 10-15 minutes before removing tin foil and cotton balls/pads. 
• Removal Serums - removal serums are a great alternative to acetone that acts faster and is usually odorless. You can find a variety of serums online or in-store, be sure to follow the instructions listed on the product you buy. 

Do you offer custom designs?

As of right now we do not offer custom designs, the only designs we offer are the ones listed in the catalog. Some designs can be customized such as a glossy or matte finish, please refer to the description of the product listing to see if product can be customized in any way. 

In the future, we hope to open up fully customizable designs.
